People strive intensely for their fitness; some get the results, while some give up midway. But an elderly man in Karachi is pursuing his goal of fitness like anything and targeting to contest bodybuilding competition in Australia.
According to media reports, Faheemud din says bodybuilding has been his ‘die-hard’ passion which he carried along during his life till date.
He informed that he had also won the Mr. Pakistan title in 1973.
Faheem said the contest he was aiming to vie for in Australia was for people who were above 60 years.
The senior citizen his secret of his good health is a balanced weight, which he keeps in check regularly.
